In our gourmet restaurant “Lisette” with an English winter garden and lake terrace, our kitchen chef, Torsten Räth and our team will surprise you with fish and wild meat specialties from local lakes and forests, but also with exquisite delicacies from international cuisines with imaginative desserts and fine wines.
Regional, seasonal fresh cuisine with a Mediterranean hint will be offered. Low fat, vegetarian and nutritious foods are found on the menu. Our foods are creatively served and therefore delightful to the eye. Meals for diabetics will be prepared directly by our kitchen chef, who is also a trained diet cook.
